all got a life of
Thoughts we just don't know
How to react to them
Or how to even show
Sometimes we get angry
Or react with a little more
Or choose to talk about them
Or just plain ignore
What we will do next
We sometimes choose to share
Or act on our thoughts
Like we just don't even care
Sometimes we choose the help
And find the ways to cope
Or just expect the answers to come
Or just plain have no hope
Some of lived a hurtful life
Some of us had everything
Even though not everyone says it
We've all lived a life with some pain
Some a life of alcohol
Some a life of drugs
Some a life of hatred
Some a life of hugs
We've all had our excitements
We've all had our downs
We've all had our smiles
And we've all had our frowns
And none of you are bad in the eyes of the Lord
For all of us a helping hand we should lend
And if you ask Christ as your Savour
There's a warming light we can enter in the end
And have you ever stopped and thought that maybe
We're all hurting in a way
And that everyone needs a friend
To help us through each day
When
you think of your troubles
And say you want to die
And you think it's the only way
It's a total lie
Because there's lots of things in life
That we still have yet to learn
And the reason we're all still standing
Is because God says it isn't our turn!!!
